Peaks & Valleys. The Captivating Contrasts of Nepal.

The tiny kingdom of Nepal, ringed by the Himalayas and wedged between India and Tibet, is a land of contrasts and a treasury of sacred art and architecture. Two millennia of peaceful coexistence have produced a unique blend of Hinduism and Buddhism that is distinctly Nepalese in character. The Himalayas soar thousands of feet into the sky, and Chitwan National Park spreads over a vast, lush jungle. Don’t miss any of it.

Touch down in Kathmandu and head directly to Pokhara for some of Nepal’s most gorgeous scenery. Continue to Chitwan National Park, home to the elusive royal Bengal tiger and other splendid creatures. Then back to Kathmandu for remarkable cultural experiences, with side trips to Bhaktapur, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Patan, the city of fine arts.
