Golden Thailand.  Crossroads of Southeast Asia.

Grand Palace. Thailand.

This is a 13-day sample itinerary. Remember that R. Crusoe can create a Thailand journey of any length to meet your exact specifications.

You're due for a holiday in Asia.

Welcome to the land of jungles, elephants, graceful Buddhist temples, and white-sand beaches. Touch down in Thailand’s capital, Bangkok, where we explore authentic old canals from a traditional longtail boat. There’s also Jim Thompson’s house, now a fascinating museum that we tour with a private guide. Alos here: ancient shrines, glorious palaces, and unmatched people-watching.

Gain a new perspective atop an elephant. Chiang Rai, Thailand.Fly to Chiang Rai for some time with mahouts and the elephants they train. Try your hand at fishing, if you choose; cruise the Mekong River; have a crafts lesson; indulge in the spa; and take full advantage of the amenities at our five-star-plus Four Seasons tented camp, with luxury beyond words.

Then drive to Chiang Mai, with a stop en route at the Hall of Opium for a bit of education.

Experience Chiang Mai's old town. Spend more time with pachyderms, if you like. Visit some of Thailand’s holiest shrines. Again, there is a nearly embarrassing variety of activity options from which to choose.

Four Seasons. Koh Samui. Finally, fly to the Eden-like island of Koh Samui for some undisturbed beach time. Or kickboxing lessons, cooking classes, golfing, sea kayaking...

Back in Bangkok, connect with your flight home, or continue on with one (or several) of R. Crusoe’s custom guided tours in Southeast Asia.
