R. Crusoe & Son has created short guided mini-journeys in China that you can mix and match. There are all sorts of ways to configure them. Take one or two (or all of them), and add them to Crusoe’s unusual China. The Sleeping Giant is Wide Awake journey. Or put some or all of them together for a wonderfully unique exploration of China.

Read on for information about our Hong Kong extension, then see our other China and Tibet mini-journeys: a Yangtse River Cruise, HangzhouGuilinYunnan Province & Shangri-La. Reaching for Hidden China, and our Head in the Clouds, Feet on the Silk Road. Lhasa, the Yarlung Valley, & Dunhuang.

Hong Kong: TempleBack to Hong Kong: Explore this über-colony as it finds its way in tomorrow’s landscape. Do Hong Kong from top (Victoria Peak) to bottom. Poke around the Central District, the city’s commercial heart. Take an architectural tour. Step inside ManMo Temple, which honors the god of war, who has a side job protecting pawnbrokers and members of the underworld. You won’t want to miss it. Opt for a visit to Lantau, the city's largest island.
